No Apologies 2020!
Happy New Year and a new decade! I felt really driven and guided to write this post.
First of all, I want to say I'm all for taking care of yourself and becoming the best version of yourself. But as we start a new year we feel pressured by society to lose weight and make changes. To make us perfect in society's eyes. There're too many weight loss programs and gimmicks telling us that 2020 won't be our year if we don't fit into a size 2, clear up our skin, stretch marks, or whatever imperfections we may have. I'm a strong promoter of self-care. But I feel
many of these promote self-hate instead of self-love. Saying you won't be happy until you meet the standards of society.
You don't have to be a size 2, have clear skin, or be what society thinks is beautiful for 2020 to be your year. Do what makes you feel good. Whatever that may be and do it unapologetically. Below are some of my tips for you to have an incredible 2020. #noapologies2020
